New York-style Boichik Bagels

We are ending Frozen Food Month with the always “cool” Boichik Bagels. Founder Emily Winston was born and raised in New Jersey. Enjoying New York bagels for many years. When Emily moved to the Bay Area in 2010, finding an authentic New York-style bagel was near impossible. Determined to recreate the unmistakable taste and quality of a New York bagel, Emily spent five years of trial and error trying to create the perfect recipe. Starting as a pop-up, Boichik quickly became a hit and in November of 2019, the first brick and mortar location opened its doors, with more locations opening shortly afterward. Today you can find Boichik Bagels in your local Bianchini’s freezer section. And enjoying them is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply take out of the freezer, pop one in the toaster and spread on your favorite topping.
