Today is Rosh Hashanah!

Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, will begin at sundown today and will end at nightfall on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025. Traditionally, round challah is eaten during the Rosh Hashanah celebrations. The circular shape of the bread symbolizes the cyclical nature of time, representing the wheel of seasons and the hope that the new year will be filled with many blessings. Challah is a delight for the senses. It has a subtly sweet taste with a soft texture, similar to a brioche, with a rich, slightly eggy flavor. Make a stop by our bakery to pick up a delicious, freshly-baked round challah for your Rosh Hashanah celebrations. Shanah Tova!
