Cheese with Altitude
Park City Creamery combines Belgian cheese-making techniques with the Utah terroir. Fromager Corinne Zinn has created a line of European-style artisan cheeses sourced from cow and goat milk from local Utah dairy farms. Each cheese is carefully crafted in small batches, allowing each cheese’s natural flavors shine. What sets Park City Creamery cheeses apart from many others is their unique floral and mountain fresh notes, which can only be found at high altitudes in Utah. Each Park City Creamery artisan cheese is named after a local ski slope in Utah, making the cheese not only personal but wholly unique to the state.
