Try Gluten-Free this January 13th
This January 14th is National Gluten-Free Day. Celebrate by making delicious gluten-free recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten is a protein found in barley, rye and wheat. There is a common misconception about celiac disease, it is not an allergy, it’s autoimmune. An estimated 2.5 million U.S. citizens have celiac disease, and many others have a form of gluten intolerance.
