Cana de Lomo Pork Loin is made using 50% Iberian pork loin with natural skin and marinating in a blend of salt, D.O. La Vera paprika, and garlic, then allowed to cure for a minimum of three months in natural drying sheds in the Sierra de Francia. Try pairing Cana de Lomo with Manchego cheese, the slightly nutty flavor of the Spanish sheep cheese is a delightful compliment to its bold flavors. For wine pairings, we recommend cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, grenache, malbec, merlot, and rosé.
