Oh, the Pasta-bilities!

We’re celebrating an all-time foodie holiday favorite this Friday, it’s National Pasta Day! Every year on October 17th, people across the country celebrate by enjoying their favorite pasta dishes. The first written record of pasta production dates back to around 1154 in Sicily. The basic pasta recipe involves unleavened dough that’s mixed with water or eggs, formed into a shape, and either served freshly cooked after shaping or dried and stored for later cooking. Pasta is beloved by so many because of its variety of shapes and sizes. From fettuccine to spaghetti, ziti to lasagna, and stuffed ravioli, there are so many to enjoy! Need a bit of menu inspiration?
